Ferdinando (Fred) Scali B.Bus (Acc).,M.Bus (Tax Law)., F.C.A., F.T.I.A.,J.P.. is a
Chartered Accountant and Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New
Zealand, the Taxation Institute of Australia and CPA Australia.
Boasting over fifty years of professional experience, he was a Principal and
Partner at Hill Rogers, Chartered Accountants where he commenced and
practised for 44 years from a school leaver in 1975. Following a merger in 2019 he
was admitted as a Partner with Nexia Australia for four years in the Sydney office
where he now remains as an Emeritus Partner in practice as a Senior Taxation
and Business Consultant.
Mr. Scali has represented clients both domestically and internationally in a range
of industries including Waste Management, the Export of Fresh Produce, Mining
and Property Investment. He has specialised expertise and interest in advising in
the areas of Asset Protection, Succession Planning, Retirement Planning and
Estate Planning and Management.
As an academic, Mr. Scali is a past member of the Faculty of Law at the
University of Technology Sydney where he tutored taxation law for over twelve
years. He holds both past and present, a range of Executor positions, Company
Directorships, Chair of Finance and Audit Committees and Treasurer
appointments to international Chambers of Commerce and not for profit
organisations, including Skin and Cancer Foundation Australia now known as The
Skin Hospital, the Italian Chamber of Commerce, the Italian Opera Foundation
Australia Limited and advisory work for Uniserve for Cancer Limited.
Mr. Scali believes in giving back to the community and taking a personal
approach with his clients whilst maintaining a professional, efficient and
determined work ethic, using his extensive knowledge and experience to provide
sound, well-reasoned advice and assistance.
