The Italian Opera Foundation Australia is delighted to celebrate the return of Handa Opera at Millthorpe in 2026 – an expanded four-day festival featuring world-class artists, including two exceptional performers associated with the Italian Opera Foundation: Andrew Williams, our 2025 Stars of Tomorrow First Prize Winner, and Natalie Aroyan, one of our distinguished past scholarship recipients.

Set in the historic village of Millthorpe in the NSW Central West, the festival presents an extraordinary line-up of Australian and international opera talent from 2–5 April 2026, offering gala concerts, intimate recitals, open rehearsals and conversations with some of the finest artists performing today.
